If, when trying to download you get the following lovely message:
"no such file or directory"

That means you computer has no clue what Japanese letters are or if they even exist. To make long story short, 95% of all programs are still ASCII based, meaning single letter can only be represented in 1 byte, and as we all know from PC Dummies 101, only 255 values can be into 1 byte. So, values from 0 to 32 are control signals that define characters such as TAB, DELETE, SPACE, etc. Values from 33 to 127 are English alphabet and addition things such as +,-,*,/,@,#, etc. This leaves 128 to 255 to put in everything else. This is the REASON why current computer can not truly support more then 2 LANGUAGES at a time. In all cases the first language is English and the second is the language of your country. In this case, we want the second language to be Japanese.

There is a move to make all PCs into Unicode machines, where each letter is 2 bytes, and 2 bytes can hold up to 65536 values. Which is enough to accommodate all languages in a world. But the move is SLOW and will probably never will be completed. (Such as moving Internet to IP version 6, from a faulty version 4 that we all using *sigh*)

Anyway, back to converting your machine into Japanese language machine.

* Open Control Panel,
* Open Regional and Language Options,
* Click Languages Tab,
* Under "Supplemental Language Support", click "Install files for East Asian Languages",
* (You can also click the other check box "Install files for complex script...)
* You did have Windows CD handy right?!
* After that installed reboot PC, if it tells you.
* Return to Regional and Language Options.
* Click "Advanced" tab.
* Under "Language for Non-Unicode Program", select "Japanese", and click Apply/OK.
(Why you need to do this? Remember my rant a few lines above. I bet you $500 dollars that your Bittorrent program is NOT UNICODE! I am YET TO SEE A TRULY 100% UNICODE PROGRAM FOR WINDOWS!)
* Reboot your PC.
* Note: you may notice some weird things happening in your PC, such as slash turned into a YEN sign. This is normal. And now you can download this torrent! And guess what?! Torrent will create a correct Japanese folders on your hard drive now!!

Enjoy!!
