Since Sato Tetsuhiro, a 22-year-old man, dropped out of university 3 years ago, he sleeps 16 hours a day

and goes nowhere but to convenience stores.
One day, he comes to the conclusion that his dropping out and having no job is all because of a giant evil

organization: the NHK (Nihon Hikikomori Kyokai), or Japanese Social Withdrawal Association.
Suddenly, a beautiful girl, Nakahara Misaki, appears.

"I've chosen you as my project". Saying that, she hands him a contract by which she will support his rehabilitation.
