This time it's hardcoded subs as it's a VHS-Rip still in H.264 thow....I did the best i could with my old vhs fansub tape, it got a moving line in the top and bottom, but i still think it's the best encode out there. If i could get a better source i'd do better lol.

Synopsis:
A horde of lost Romanov gold has turned up in San Antonio's Bank of Liberty, and Lupin aims to add it to his collection. Unfortunately for Lupin, the legendary mystic monk Rasputin is also seeking the gold and has managed to convince Goemon to do his bidding.
