on top of that, this person is not even encoding these movies and as said before, is releasing already released movies with their name on it.
I think this account should have posting rights removed.

Quite simple. They see BT's and BT websites such as this as good advertisement.
The mentality is that even if they ARE a paysite, if they release some movies here, we will go to their site and sign up to get all the rest.
It's easy to assume this when they dont even directly link to the movie posted. Just to the website. Notice that none of their movies have any screens. Just the URL to their opening page.
OR, they could be doing it for the hits on the website if they work off of affiliation banners.
