Nah, it's japanese. Someone made an english patch for it, but there's a bug in it and the game just keeps crashing over and over again so it's pretty much unplayable.

played the english version and it was playable for you me (just have to disable some sound options from time to time in dialouge or save before the dialouge and if it crashes reload and disable sound then :P).

Its been a while since I played fantasia 2, but I THINK that the people who made the patch fixed the bug. You have too find the latest patch for it though, I do not remember the site unfortunately.
