Dragon Ball Z Movie : The Plan to destroy the saiyans

Can anyone help me in my search for the illusive
Dragon Ball Z Movie special 3 (or Movie 16) : The Plan To Destroy The Saiyans ?

Featuring torrents all have 0 seeders, the only working one I found had bad videoquality, & french dubbed.
Without this movie my DBZ-collection will forever remain incomplete.

It's bugging me for quite some time now, draining me from my energy. Watch this.

Apparently 2 groups subbed it in english, but considering that these 2 groups popped up to sub it and then die again, I doubt its easy to find them.

That was my conclusion as well.

AniDB leaves me stranded on this one...
Guess I'll have to sub it myself, by translating that french version I got, and then trying to synch my result to the version of "plan to destroy..." with the highest possible quality.

I'll let you know when I get there.
