I've only got ep 1-6 of Kujibiki subbed by [yu]
if anyone has 7-12 subbed in English, if you
could please upload it it would be much appreciated xD

Like Blanchimont said, Kujibiki Unbalance TV was never completely fansubbed, as a quick trip to AniDB will tell you:

However, you'll notice that Exiled-Destiny is doing R1 DVD-rips for it, so I think there's a good chance *somebody* will upload them *somewhere* after they're complete

Actually, check on isohunt.com, it seems like yu did finish subbing the last three episodes, you should be able to find them if you search for kujibiki unbalance yu. Although I'd still recommend waiting for the E-D version for best translation.
