| Thanks . What's a difference between hardsubbed and softsubbed ? Totally new terms for me. Oh and I'd rather not have Dual Audios, unless you have a way for me how to switch the audio between japanese/english and have english subtitles when playing it on WMP. | Dreamer through Time ![]() | Hardsubbed is when the text is encoded into the videostream(usually how avi are) When softsubbed the audio and video are kept in separate streams(usually in .mkv and .ogm containers) so you con turn the subs of/choose right sub track... Dual audio is a similar case...two or more audio tracks can be switched between, ie the audio is not encoded into the videostream but kept as separate tracks(in .mkv and .ogm)...as opposed to avi where it's always encoded into video. Some rare exceptions do exist, for example avis CAN have several subtracks(heck, I've even seen avis contain three tracks...), and mp4(another popular format/likely successor to avi) can also have multiple audio and subtracks...however there seems to be some drawbacks/compatibility issues using these features with those formats, so not many examples exist... WMP should be able to play all avi-files, but in all seriousness, it's long since it lost all validity as a serious all-around media player... ![]() My advice is to test mpc(Media Player Classic) with CCCP, and The KMPlayer(standalone with it's own internal codecs). Here you can get info on those; General Info for Codecs and Players Sincerely, Blanchimont

| Spammer ![]() | If you just want Japanese audio and English subs, I'd recommend Ani-Kraze for the first season and Yugioh! for the second. But I'd also recommend getting CCCP and using ZoomPlayer, which is included. (MPC is also good.) WMP just fails in general, and a lot more fansubs are starting to come out as softsubbed .mkv, so you'll need a better player than WMP even if you don't go for dual-audio releases. |

| Not exactly, I like to play on WMP every file, for some reason.. don't ask why. Earlier on I had to switch between players depending on the file, but now I can play anything on my WMP, even .ogm. I downloaded some Community Coded Pack which enabled this possibility..so I can play any files than ZoomPlayer etc would. And the question is, how do I switch between audios ? ;S |

| Alright..Finished watching Tsubasa.. you said you could upload the movie as hardsubbed, so if possible.. could you ? I tried the torrent you linked me... but downloading 2.5kB/s isn't very..encouraging..It'll take ages O_O. So if your upload speed is any higher than that... >.< |

| Never mind, but I appreciate the thought. Later on it got more seeds connected so I managed to download it slightly faster... However I have a question... There were really amazing soundtracks on Tsubasa Chronicle, is there any way to get them from anywhere ? Wikia doesn't even tell about the soundtracks in Tsubasa, only the Opening and Ending theme . |
