removing redundant AND obsolete (unseeded) torrents

I have come across three torrents for the same thing ( Doujin PC Game Immaterial and Missing Power Touhou 7.5). Although all three are packed in a slightly different fassion, It is easy to miss the fact that there might be a seeded version.

The following are the three torrents:
TH075.torrent (id=1738)
Immaterial and Missing Power.rar.torrent (id=6823)
Immaterial and Missing Power.rar.torrent (id=6823)

Only the last one has peers (and with the tracker not reporting peers/seeds, it looked like all three were in dead water).

For things like RAWs, Videa, and possibly even audio, different versions are fine since there is often a variation in qualitity, size, etc. For things like games, having multiple torrents of the same version is confusing.

Perhaps the other two torrents could get purged.

Er, there is a notice on the torrent upload form that says please don't upload a torrent that already exists or something like that, so... yeah. Weird people = redundant files. ^^
