Lilith 2005 question

So I downloaded Lilith 2005 and then found something baffling. The torrent only had one file in it who's file extension was actually file. It doesn't work in Alcohol nor Virtual Drive, any suggestions?

Just glancing at the properties for that torrent thread, I see a long SJIS-kanji RAR filename. The only thing that immediately occurs to me is that you may not have the japanese regional and non-unicode settings set correctly, if you are using Win 2K/XP. If you do, try simply renaming the file to (something).RAR, and try opening it thereafter with WinRAR to extract the image file contained within.
