Yes. I know it's an nooby question, but I've been wondering it for quiet a while.

You mean Khmer-Hentai?

They encode mostly dual audio hentai OVAs, and their releases are tagged KH... Or did you mean something else with KH?

On a note, they usually do a h264 version and an xvid version of their encodes, the xvid ones can be found on their bot on irc (I think, long time since I checked), while the h264 versions are released as torrents...
