I dont know how to speak Japanese (although i really want to)... when I try using datorrent (torrents) i've found out that most of the H-games, anime and manga are in japanese...

are there any ways to tell if the H-games, anime or manga have subtitles or are there any websites that you could download there subtitles specially the H-games, (the only website I know to download the subtitle is http.//moonmirror.com) but that website only offers the subtitle of tsukehime and fate/stay night..... (correct me if I'm wrong)

Some games/visual novels/eroges do get fan-translated by groups kie MirrorMoon, but that mostly applies only to the more popular games, like the ones you mentioned, and the likes of Utawarerumono, Kanon, Clannad etc...

There are english translations that are commercially available, just google JastUSA (most of them eroges though)
