The wallpaper section

yea this idea was previously introduce before the mass blackout of the site.

That thread with the idea is long gone now. So I will request it again

By using the Donator's area wallpaper section, simply release that section to everyone to upload, download, and view.

Mass blackout? And, nothing is/was long gone. The discussion's still been carried out... So, i will leave it to longbowwing to decide what/if any bonuses/perks that donators will/won't get too. As they did donate, and some of them are still around. Okay, not really, if youre going to take anything away from donators, be prepared to offer in exchange for it. So, think of something then.

I have nothing to offer for any equal value in exchange. Except my time for this site. Beside this idea was belong to one of the member who first present such suggestion. Beside I have no intention to take anything away from the donators also you are the boss around here you alway have the final decision. If you want to say "NO" to me, just say it straight out; I will gladly accept your decision and move on. Sarcasm is unnecessary.

If anyone else have a better idea I hope they will present theirs and continue the discussion

Hmmm. I should probably be more specific. If we take a perk from their pool of goods we should replace it. Not you specifically but YOU as a contributor and staff.

hmmmmm... maybe a brand new wallpaper section that have no relations with the donators' one. This way we no need to take any perk from their pool of goods and replace with something else.

or

we should just focus on tagging instead.

The wallpaper section hasn't been used since 2007. I think it's safe to say that the donators won't be "losing" anything if you make it public.

If you insist on giving them something else in return, why not give them the ability to create their own personal galleries?
