| -  | Did you by chance delete or move the folder you ran the setup program from? After you install the game that folder is still required to run it as it contains all the game data. The game originally came on a CD, so the installation program would just copy a launcher program and a shortcut onto the users computer. In order to play the game the CD needed to be in the drive since all the game data remains on the disc, or in this case D:\Nocturnal Illusion. I imagine if you re-extract the rar file to that folder, the game will work again. I like the game unfortunately the installation portion was poorly written.
