| Beginner | NOCD file help I was just wondering if anyone knew how the No Cd files work. One of the games I downloaded comes with a inst disc, game disc, save file, and a NOCD file. The only thing in the NOCD file is a env.dat file, and I just need to know if I'm missing a file because everytime I launch the game, it says that I have the wrong disc. Could someone plz help me out on what to do or tell me what I'm doing wrong. thx |

| Beginner | Is the file that I'm supposed to replace supposed to have the same extension as the replacement file? If that is the case then there is no other file with the .dat extension in the directory except for a uninst.dat file, there is a env.fpk file but not too sure if that's the one I should replace. But aside from that what do you mean by placing the original file in a backed up seperate file. thx |

| - | Game or torrent is this for? You can test it by making a back up of env.fpk, then rename env.dat to env.fpk and replacing it. Then try to run the game. If doesn't work you can replace it with the original you backed up. Last edited by prh99 : 07-25-2007 at 03:36 AM. |

| Beginner | O ya sorry... the game is 姉、ちゃんとしようよっ!2. You can find it if you search exactly like that on isohunt.com. I can also post some screens of what the game is actually saying if that is any help. Posts: 270 | uhhhhh......I have never heard of a problem like this before...hmmmmmmmmmmmmm......if it is installed correctly, you have non-unicode programs set for japanese, and you have tried reinstallation then the download may have a problem or your computer is missing a required for playing the game.
