So I can't register

Hi all.

I used to have an account in the tracker, BlackKnight. This was eh, well over a year ago. One day I couldn't use it anymore. I tried resetting the password, but I never got any.

I tried signing up again, but it didn't work.

I tried signing up a different account, but it didn't work.

For many months I have tried to re-register. I tried it right now with a different email (gmail), but it still didn't work.

I'm perfectly able to use the services anyway, but I figure I'll eventually get banned for never getting any registered upload (my ratio should actually be excellent) so I'd like to have it fixed one way or another.

So anyway... any account I can actually use would be fine.

Hmm, I think you'll need to talk to administrator to resolve this.
The fastest way to do that is to join #thestaff on irc.deltaanime.net. If you don't have an IRC client you can use Delta Anime's web chat.

Also DaTorrents no longer tracks ratios and by extension no longer bans leechers.

ok the nick BlackKnight is used by someone else at this point. could you please provide the other nick you tried to register with to look up? u can either pm me or post here, whichever you prefer.

Actually I think it's my registered nick that I simply can't access which is blocking rather than anyone else using it. Since I haven't seen anyone using it. I know that the rate hasn't been logged of the long-late, but I also can't comment or help with anything unless I have a user.

Previously I've tried to sign up with BlackKnight2 and BlackKnight3 as well (I don't care about having a number in my username. I'm not a number regardless). These are currently not taken. Thanks for any help.

maybe i am misunderstanding you but you say that you tried to register with those other nicks? what was the outcome? please be aware that aol and hotmail has us blacklisted so if you used one of those emails, they may never have gotten back to you.

if you want to explain in detail, please pm and lets take it from there.
