again Problem Installing Wind -A Breath of Heart- Re-Gratitude

Well i searched this forum for a solution, but only found some guy who had the same problem, but solved it without telling anyone how he did it and now i would like to know...

When i install Wind the installation always stops at 5% and i have set my computer language to japanese and everything but it still doesn't work... plz can someone help me out!!

It's hard to say based just on that, any error messages? Also what are you using to mount the image file?
