| Special Member ![]() ![]() | Normally, I would recommend ripping out the streams from the .mkv file first. Converting a container format to mpeg2(DVD media) directly might cause a problem similar than yours which a delay in streaming. I suggest you use VirtualDub Mod to rip out Audio/Video/Subtitle then hard encode everything into a media that is not a container. If you want to know more about this you can visit afterdawn.com .
