Tried to upload a torrent

I created a Torrent and tried to upload it on the tracker here. I went through each step on the Upload tab, browsed for the torrent file and so forth. I clicked upload torrent and Upload succeeded. I left my client running to seed my new torrent but it never appeared on the tracker and my client (Utorrent) says"Failure: torrent not found on tracker - hash = long string of numbers". Did I do something wrong when trying to upload the torrent or in creating it perhaps?

How many trackers did you used?

Can you link your torrent here?

I attached the file it lists 2 trackers in the file one the old one died while i was half way through downloading the file originally but i was able to finish thanks to DHT. So I left that tracker listed in the torrent i made even though that tracker seems to have died while i was downloading and now doesn't recognize that torrent. If thats where the error is then I will remove it and try again. Thanks for the help.

Can you show me the steps how you create the torrent till upload ?
so i can mark which step is wrong
