| I need Help please. Hi, I recently downloaded a torrent file, it was saved as a MKV or something like that, and I can't seem to get it to play on my Window media player, and I was wondering if someone could help me. Like how to get it to play properly, or to safely change it to a video thing or whatever. Help would be Most appreciated, You can email me with help on queen_kittie_x@yahoo.com or add me. | Broadband Junkie  | As a quick answer get Haali Media Spitter to open MKV files. For your codec needs get a recent build of ffdshow.
