IRC Problem by Download of files

I want to download a flie from one of the bots but he will only run for one or two mintues and when break up the download:

-DaT[005]- ** Closing Connection: Connection Lost (Connection reset by peer)

Is what I get after break up in the channel window. I can start him again and he will resume the file and break up again after one or two minutes, it is always the same game.

What can I do? I don't think it is my configuration of mirc, mostly because other downloads in other channels go well. I don't believe the problem is by my router (NAT/firewall) either. He can start the download after all, so he must be able to see me behind the router. Or am I wrong if I think it is the bot who start the connection for the download?

For some weeks I had download some files from #datorrent, they went well too. But in the time after until now I didn't change something in the configuration. The only change I have done was to change my bittorrent client. I use now µtorrent and this programm is always running.

Edit:

After I have finished this post I have tried something out. I had µtorrent closed and start my download again. It finished without trouble. Looks like I have my suspect number one. Now I would like to know why and what I can do to make sure the stay out of each others business. µtorrent is a nice little client and I don't want to think about changing the client again.

Stay out of each others business.-->> i dont get it what you want say

Sorry, english is not my favorite language and more then a little bit troublesome. Things like that happen, if you think in german and tries to translate some slang one-to-one. <-_->; So here a translation of Ati's stupid english:

I want them able to run, to the same time, without interference in each other jobs.

My first thought was it's a connection problem, something like they use the same port but that should not be the case. I have set: µtorrent ports over 40000 and mirc is still something in 666x. So I thought too that the problem is on my end of the line and not in IRC or my irc-client. I only saw that the problem could be connect to my bittorrent client, that was the reason I had post it here. After all, that is the only thing that has changed and before it worked fine.

I changed my client because I got annoyed about a crash by my old one and over a ban I got here. I had lost all my torrentfiles that day and was angry enough to try something else. Before µtorrent I used an old client (bittorrent, something near the original) without any modern features (no DHT, no limitation for up-/ download speed, ...). That one only need one port and never caused problems with IRC. That is why I'm sure it is not IRC or my mirc- configuration. I want know more about my bittorent client (FAQ has nothing about problems with mirc) and whether µtorrent can be somehow involved or not.

Your global max connections setting might be to high in utorrent. I'd set the limits to 45-50 for win98 or 190-200 for winxp.
