Here I suggest you to tell any of the staff about your problem but better if you can tell this to the LPO here since they incharge in banning user with a bad ratio, e.g Prh99, vincent, j3llo, s3r3n4d3, Ether, Maddie, benjitzu, SomeOtherGuy, and of course our Giggles .........And promise that once you finish downloading then you will upload it back...

Ok here is my issue even while seeding download is still increasing. My downloads are increasing even when doing nothing but seeding. It seems my seeding is going to downloads and not uploads.

Uploaded 15.22 GB And Downloaded 17.24 GB

And this after spending 4 nights at nearly 60-70KB/s to get my ratio back up. It went to my downloads and my Upload remained the same. This keeps up I'm going to get banned for ratio because I'm getting no upload credit. Oh BTW I even removed the other trackers for the seeding so only datorrents was listed and it did not help at all. So what I have now is nearly 2GB of uploads that end up counting as downloads.

here is something that helps, after each day, stop the uploading so the tracker can record your stats properly. (Info courtesy of evilgiggles ^0^) once you do that you will see proper stats in your account.
