help!i don't know how to run torrent files

i'm a newbie here i just want to ask if how to run torrent files cause i don't know what program i should use.thanks!

well first off you need to get a client.

bittornado
azerus <dont know how to spell that one>
utorrent
bittorrent
bitcommet
etc;

those are the clients used to get your torrents started to downloading.
once downloaded and installed, its pretty much easy, click on a torrent.
find a place you want the file to download to that you will remember
select, and your done. just leave the window open and your set till it says "download complete" or 100%

what do you mean its "not doing anything"?? please be more spacific

if it doesn't work on bittorent clinet then pick another one on that list i find that bittornado is sooo easy to use! ^_^ and i never had a problem with it at all.

k now i did that it saying the tracker is rejecting it

where you got the torrent, it should say what the seed to leech ratio is, and if it is still valid. if its old, it may not work.

another thing. if its rejecting it. go into the file that its originally downloaded to. find the folder and delete it! then go redownload it! it should work then. because it happened to me before. or you just download it to another place. its that simple.
