It's a known bug. I to my knowledge we're not entirely sure why it's broke. Anyway here is a functioning link.

I'm not sure if anyone has notice, but the hentai section is missing! I could not access it through the links, nor the forum jump.

My question is, have the admins taken down the hentai section? why?

Yes, it has been removed. I believe it was because the link was broken and as a result the section was inactive. The discussion of hentai have moved to other sections of the forum making the section redundant.
