Dude you ask a very hard question, right now it is rising force online, but i am sure in a few month i will find something better.
PC games advance to fast to have an all time faw in it.

i like shogo for the pc because it has a kind of catchy anime-like opening to it and it has multiple endings

Final Fantasy VI, Dune for the Sega Genesis and Resident Evil (any of them, actually). Survival horror is teh awesome. If I had to choose between those games, I would go with Resident Evil 4.

Mine would just have to be The Sims 2. Currently, I own all the expansions released to date (Sims 2 Deluxe edition, University, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Family Fun Stuff, Glamor Life Stuff, Holiday Fun Stuff, Celebration stuff, And H&M Fashion Stuff).

You get to control someone's life from the time they're born to the day they die. Thats one hell of an ego trip.

Lunar - Silver Star Story

... The PSX version, anyway. Both the cutest heroine and the greatest villain in the history of video games exist together in this one game. That's a tough act to follow.

... Ah, Resident Evil 4. I certainly agree that is the greatest of all survival horror games, at the very least.

My favorite game of all time would have to be....

Starcraft. It was probably the only online game I really ever enjoyed (even more than Guild Wars). The some of the defense maps were pretty cool (even though there were countless updated versions which added or fixed some stuff).

Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria

This game has a kick a** battle system. Its graphics look more like it should be a next gen game for the PS3 rather than the PS2.
