Played Starcraft brood war for so long now, and I say Protoss.

1. build photon cannons and some dragons to def.
2. build a fleet carriers.
3. you win.

1. build cannons wall and use templars to defend
2. build carriers fleet with corsairs protection
3. you win

Terran
1. Just build tanks and goliafhs and build couple of science vessels and couple of comsat
2. you win

i saw the trailer for starcraft 2
it's worth playing but i bet there going to make the requirements really high for it

I am totally ready for Starcraft 2! Its only been 10 years since the first one, but the demo looked great so I am pretty happy. I loved playing with the Protoss in the original Starcraft, but wanna see what the Terran get too. Looks to be a good game, hope the online setup is done nicely too.

I hope they dont delay it again,best strategy would be between C @ C and starcraft of course

I saw the developer and the game play videos, they are both 250/100mb but they worth the dl.

However it only represents protos units and some terran, and i missed the protos cariers, i hope thei will be in the game even thought thei where not mentioned in the video.

But there was zelots, eliminator or wth (another kind of templar), goliat (like a protos sige tank) some cool new flying units (sorry forgoth names) But thei hunt the battlecruisers down whit few shoots. A flying pylon (no joke) And another flying unit what has the same kind of attack like a terran Valkyries. At the end they introduced the protos mother ship. If they keep the stuff as it was in the video i say it will be a super game.

The first Starcraft was really a hit among gamers and reached Global during it's time. It really lasted for years. Although right now I see Dota gamers everywhere nowadays.

SIGH..... The Starcraft 2 is only in development and wouldn't be out until 1 or 2 years. But no doubt fans around the world are waiting for it. I wonder how long Starcraft 2 will stay popular once its released?

If it can attract a huge fanbase like WoW has, it's gonna be popular for quite some time. In fact, this would probably be the first Blizzard game I would buy since Diablo and Starcraft should it still be free netplay.

I don't want to give false hope, but i heard something like they will give it out still in this year.

despite there are lots of new games coming out this year. it should be not long enough to divert the popularity to somewhere else
