Which game genre do you most likely choose to play?

I would like everyone not to vote only but to rank the genres according to your preference. If I will get a useful information on this thread, I may use this for my research project.

The genres are listed on the poll, you can only have one vote in the poll. But please rank the genres based on how often you play them.

NOTE: This is a general video gaming topic. I decided to post this thread in the PC Gaming section because the PC has the most number of players. And when I say general video gaming, consoles, arcades, video poker, online gaming, pc gaming, etc.

7. First Person Shooter: Doom

I don't really know what genre the games i like are....

I love horror games like Silent Hill, Fatal Frame and Prey (I guess thats a FPS).

I'm addicted to Lumines on the 360 after downloading it (from the maker of Rez), and I love Tetris.

I'm also hooked on Gran Turismo, PGR and Test Drive Unlimited.

1. Fighting - SC, SC2, Capcom series
2. Driving - NFS series
3. First Person Shooters - a couple of the popular ones
4. RPG - WoW
5. Action

I actually don't play any action games anymore, but use to. I'm actually only playing WoW at the moment. But as a genre, fighting driving and then FPG is the order.

I like rts like warcraft and c&c and sims like zeus and master of orion

Simulations, especially music simulation, are my favourites.

Mostly for pick-up-and-play moods I play something like an FPS. But if I have more than 2 hours to spare I usually play an RPG.

I am more looking forward to the release of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning (EA Mythic - Warhammer Online). I am a big Warhammer/GW fan so this is right up my alley.
