Actually according to the box, you can play with as low as Pentuim 4 1.7 GHz, 521 MB ram, 64MB GeForce 4 Ti or Radeon 9000 video card (5 GB of HDD space but with the size of Hard drives these days that isn't much...). Which compared to what I run it on, is pretty low. OF COURSE if you really are into playing PC games, the only real way to play them is on high quality and with fast internet for online play. XP
I only meet 1 of those 2 standards (can't play on max setting without a little lag BUT High is still pretty good) BUT FEAR is actually quite fun for playing through the story.

Got to try online play at a friends house the other day, it is pretty awesome except I got my *** handed to me. XD

Those evil boxes always say that. If your not on the ball, you'll need some clams, and for the game, it is packed with vital nutrients and other good stuff, such as win and god. And who needs teamates in close quarters? All they'll do is get in the way and get TKed. But yea, the game is a goddamn blast, it's coming to the three-sixtah and the PLAYSTATION3, but it just doesn't look as smooth, and enemies don't respond to being shot as well and such. I'd post links to videos demonstrating such terrible things, but I'm lazy

Simply search FEAR Combat and you can download a free legal copy of the FEAR multiplayer and play it all you want. I don't know any other details BUT it is the multiplayer of FEAR and it is legal and free. So I say have at it. >=D

Ummm...I think it is supposed to come out sometime in October.
Maybe October 20th. I may be wrong BUT it is coming up soon....very soon. =D

you get stun and panic in couple of missions, once you are in mission 5, you will get use to it

I reserved a copy of FEAR Extraction Point and have also tried out a demo of it.
The new enemies are really freaky ,and the new gun kicks major butt.
You also get a free DVD if you reserve either the 360 or PS3 version of FEAR.
I would also highly suggest to ANYBODY that has played FEAR or enjoys the machinima series Red Vs Blue to watch PANICS, which is a machinima series over FEAR and is really quite funny. You can watch it at YouTube OR download the episodes from various sites like...
