Naruto manga = Naruto + shippuden combined.

There's no seperate shippuden manga.

Seorang has put it exactly right.

Shippuuden is just where the anime filler episodes end and they pick up the regular storyline again.

well the manga never had the crap filler arc.. so in some ways that makes it better than the anime.. that and the manga is way ahead to the anime. but in all honesty other than the arc the anime sticks really well to the manga, changed very little if anything, very unlike american movie based on books and comics, so if you like the anime, you should like the manga

naruto shippuden started around chapter 245
i recommend you start reading from chapter 239 since its about kakashi's past which the anime skipped

A) Why would the Recording Industry Association of America be interested in manga?

B) Why should the manga have split because of what the anime did?
