Elfen Lied

Hi,
I saw this as an anime and then bought the DVDs, and I am now trying to download the manga. However the torrent I downloaded which was apparently translated wasn't, and I can't really have another go and get another untranslated copy because my data cap is so tiny. Is there anyone who could point me in the direction of a good torrent for it?

I found Elfen Lied as well as many more manga titles at www.stoptazmo.com.
They are direct downloads not torrents, but they're free.

Does anyone know if this is as far as it's been translated? I'm sure I saw more chapters than this, but all in odd places, and no torrents anywhere...

I've seen the anime and I'm in the process of getting the manga. anyone know where i can get it from?
