Who scans all the raws?

99.99% of all raw manga is scanned by people in japan who upload it to Winny or Share (Japanese P2P) where it is then downloaded by someone in the US who makes a torrent and seeds it. The people who distribute raw manga through torrents are almost never has any relation to the original scanner.

If you want an alternative source to download raw manga I would suggest you learn how to use Winny or Share as you won't find many people who do their own manga scanning in the US.
