yeah...i also heard of the live-action movie...but will it be as great as the manga?

Everytime I read Death Note, I always try to get a place quite enough for me to understand all the talk, think of the character, especially Kira and L. Sometimes it's quite tired after I finish one volume.

the live action movie is good but not as great as the manga

it makes roito look evil and less cool compared to the manga

Would this manga be categorized as a good versus evil psycho cop drama? kind of like the foreign film Infernal Affairs(great movie)? I read a little bit and it was interesting except for the weird death god thing, that kind of pushed me away with how much shinigami(or shinikami?) are used nowadays. The whole "L" thing and crime thing was cool though. I'm wondering if it will turn out to be like something "like" Detective Conan drama wise.

Death Note is wonderful manga. It's like a dance between two geniuses, and later on, three. About the live action movie, the guy who plays L looks just perfect. About the series...I dunno, I prefer the manga.
