1. Just when they're about to leave Arabasta, they say a silent goodbye with the mark on their arms that makes them their nakama

2. In some of the latest one piece chapters, war is declared by the Marines against the Whitebeard pirates. (Not that cool but still the realization sent shivers down my spine

1. DeathNote when L dies was semi- out the blue. Watari went down, then mid sentence L goes down.

2. When Matsuda shot the living hell out of light. (Followed by Mikami stabbing himself with a pen.)

3. Ulquoirra vs Ichigo where Getsuga Tensho was blocked with two hands.

4. Naruto vs Sasuke when the nine-tailed fox's power was released. Sasuke looked scare out of his mind for a second.

5. Vash killing Knifes in Trigun. Bullet to the head.

when the samurai bodyguard (i forget his name) from soul eater does his "infinite strike" technique. my jaw dropped because i made a character like that a few years ago when i played d&d (scattering a bunch of weapons on the battlefield, and using whatever was most suitable). i gotta say it was animated quite nice as well.

naruto busting out of the ground to knock out neji,
sasuke killing orochimaru,
ichigo's first apperance w/ a hollow mask,
