The tracker sucks here.

Ok. I was looking for the DVD rip of the Japanese DVD (the one that doesn't say "disney presents" as the American DVD does) of Nausicaa of The Valley of The Wind. I eventually found it on a Japanese site and with the help of Google Translate I was able to find how do download the torrent (it was a bit tricky on their site). So now I'm downloading the torrent.

Now the only non-generic tracker (generic ones are like DHT and stuff, and these aren't that good) was a DaTorrents tracker. It said "connection actively refused". Ok I thought, thats fine. I haven't even signed up at DaTorrents yet, so I'll just sign up. And now I have. But the tracker STILL says "connection actively refused". I right clicked on the torrent in the list in uTorrent to get the dropdown menu, and then clicked on "Reset Bans". Then I went back to the drop down menu and clicked "update trackers". I thought this would fix it, but it didn't. Please help.
