Er... For better or for worse, they're making one. I forgot which company, and what it's called, but they are. Not too many details at the moment.

possibly some yiffy also in it, but what if you had to **** NPC's or Mob's to "kill" them, and to get l00t and exp?

If there were a Hentai MMO then that would be crazy. It would probably be overpriced and have a heafty online supscription fee. It would be a good game to play for a while, but it's gotta have one heck of a storyline, amazing graphics, and great gameplay to get me to stick around.
