Hmmmm, not many I can think of. Many H-games have yuri scenes but no game in english is completly yuri. Closest I can think of is X-Change YingYang.

Hm True X-Change Alternative haw some Yuri seems but it is not out in Eng yet you can order it ofc but if you want BT only Japanese is currently available =/ the game i mentioned before dunno if exist on BT if i haw not found it so think it is only available to order.
