Tracker location

I haven't downloaded anything 'cause I can't find the tracker and I don't want to leech please tell me were I can find it?

The tracker is the main page, which is located at http://www.datorrents.com
click browse to view torrents or use search to try and find specific ones. As for leeching, as long as you seed back what you take your fine. Though DaTorrent's no longer bans leechers users are encouraged to seed back at least as much as they download to help keep the torrent available for others. The availability torrents is entirely dependant on user sharing.
