how to seed

i have i question how do i seed i mene last night i donwlodaid some stuff but
this mornig got up my computer was closd i opend u torrent but nobody download

my dowload ar finish my computer close and when i reopend u torrent the are nobody downloading from me and i want to seed

This should probably be in the Getting Started section.
Anyway, usually once you finish you can just leave uTorrent etc open and it will seed it. If you close the client, getting it to start seeding is the same as resuming a download. Highlight the torrent and click the start button (has the play symbol like you'd find in a media player). If you're behind a router you'll need to setup port forwarding so others can connect to you.

what if you want to reseed something that you finished downloading LONG time ago and it's not on your seeding list anymore?

Just keep it in the list,maybe in time there will be someone be needing your file share.

Normally you re download the .torrent file, then when you are asked where to save it you give it the location of the files you downloaded and it should seed automatically. However, they have to have the exact same names and folder structure they did at the time you downloaded them.

Also, if there are a lot of seeders or very few leachers then it may not seed it at all untill some seeders log off.

sometimes i clear things so it's newer and some old files i don't expect people to want i just clear

so what that does is that pretend you're downloading again but when it checks it's already at 100% and will automatically share? If that's the case, i think i get it. If not, then i don't
