Hmmm...about me...
I'm 26-ish (determined to stop ageing now )
I work in TV as a newscast director and I write and paint in my spare time.
I'm dating an incredibly cute guy and I lurk more than I post.
I have a strange liking for catgirls and I look sort of like my avatar...at least with hair and eye color.

I'm 18, I live in Eliot Maine(the only U.S. state that only borders one other state), where I've lived for going on 14 years(since I was 5). I'm not gonna bother giving a physical description, 'cause i have a picture on my profile. I dropped out of high school in the second quarter of my junior year(March '04 if I remember correctly), although I did get my G.E.D. in October of the same year.
My life to this point has been filled with dissapointment and failed attempts at things that I've wanted to do. I was diagnosed with A.D.D. in my early teens, and then depression and anxiety at 14-15, and at one point I was taking a regimen of like 5 differant meds every morning for the afore-mentioned "disorders" alone. As of march of this year I have only been on two phscyetrist-perscribed meds (adderal for A.D.D. and lunesta for sleep), which I hope to get of of before I turn 19, at which point I will no longer be covered under my parrents insurance. Please don't feel sorry for me. Let me explain where I'm at now.
As of Nov. '05 or so, I've been seeing things in a differant light, not just my issues, but just about everthing that I spend more than 10 seconds thinking about(which is a lot, because I think a lot). One of the biggest things is that I've come to realize and embrace the fact that I'm only 18, and still have a lot of life ahead of me. I can now look at what has happend to me in the past and see that although I knew I needed to be patient, (and truely believed at that point in time that I was), I was in fact jumping into things too quickly which ultimately lead to one set-back after another. I'm much more focused now on preparing for my future, and I've really been much less stressed out than in past years.
(whoa, I'm starting to write an auto-biography here, I'll try and finish up this post before I end up writing too much)

• Anime (although I don't watch as much as used to)
• Food, I like to cook, and half the time I just throw somthing together and it comes out better than when I go by a recipie
• History(yeah, I said history)
• Snowboarding, although I haven't been yet this season

I'd desribe myself as having a somewhat addictive personality, when I find something that I like I get hooked almost immedeatly(case in point, this site, less then a month and already over 100 posts). For that reason, I try and keep my anime watching in check, or else I'd end up negleting other obligations, which has happend befor with a few things and always leads to at least a brief period of depression.
ATM, I'm working at a nearby supermarket in the hopes of eventually saving enough money to go spend a year in Japan and learn the language.

currently outta college. woot! done after 4.5 years. studying for the gmat and aiming for fordham business school. working full time at the place i interned 2 years ago. the boss was nice enough to let me stay until i find myself a real job. hopefully i can ask him for a vacation to visit my gf in korea. she's teaching english there. it's been 6 months... it's so lonely here without her

In my case i'm just a normal dude 26 years old from Costa Rica (in case you are wondering it is located in central america if you look on a map all you will see is just a small dot though ) weather is great here i was born here then moved to Toronto Canada and lived there for about three years I'm what you would call a hacker wannabe....right now I'm working in a call center basically on tech support... and well I love datorrents as most of you do anime is my weakness the whole nine yards from Dragon ball Z to slayers even a little hentai...
