| Restless Poltergeist | Chef Rinkaru Food Thread Okay boys and girls,listen up! Its time to simmer down those BigMacs and Fries you usually eat and munch up. I've prepared some of my favorite foods to try. I'll update on this every week. So have fun! All Time Favorites: Deserts Coco Lychee Jubilee - Excellent Source of Vitamin B12;Prevents Anemia. ![]() YOU WILL NEED 1 can (850 g) Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, drained (reserve syrup) 1 pc medium pear, pared, cut into tidbits and soaked in fruit cocktail syrup 1 pc Coco (Buko), meat shredded 1 can (565 g) lychees, drained and each piece cut into 2 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose cream, chilled 3-4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk 1 tbsp mayonnaise HERE'S HOW 1 DRAIN pears. Combine with buko, lychees and Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. Set aside. 2 MIX well all-purpose cream, mayonnaise and condensed milk. Combine with fruit mixture. Chill until ready to serve. | Restless Poltergeist | Cool Tasty Beverages: Pine Avocado Slush High in Vitamin C - helps fight common infection. ![]() YOU WILL NEED 1-1/2 to 2 cups sugar 4 cups water 1 can (46 oz) Your Favorite Pure Pineapple Juice 1 can (24 cl) Unsweetened Orange Juice 3-4 tbsp calamansi juice 300 g ripe avocado, flesh mashed or pureed 1 can (330 ml) clear soft drink, chilled HERE'S HOW 1 MAKE syrup by boiling water and sugar for 3 minutes. Cool. 2 COMBINE syrup with the rest of the ingredients except soft drink. Cover and freeze. Take out from the freezer to slightly thaw. Blend in a blender until slushy. Add soft drink to make a punch. |

| Restless Poltergeist | BreakFast Goodies: Italian Toast ![]() YOU WILL NEED 1/4 cup margarine 10 slices pan Americano (sliced bread) FILLING 5 slices salami, each cut into 2 1 pc small green bell pepper, cut into small cubes 5 slices (50 g) quickmelt cheese SAUCE 2 pc eggs 1 pouch (115 g) Classic Italian Pizza Sauce 1/4 cup evaporated milk 1/4 cup water HERE'S HOW 1 SAUCE: Beat eggs. Mix well with remaining ingredients and 3/4 tsp iodized fine salt (or 3/4 tbsp iodized rock salt). Set aside. Heat frying pan with margarine. 2 DIVIDE filling into 5. Fill 5 slices of bread with salami, bell pepper and cheese. Cover with another slice of bread. Dip in sauce. Drain excess sauce. Cook in pan until brown on both sides. |

| No Life | I'm going to give you something easy to make. I love chocolate. chocolate drink. 5 deciliter milk. 100 gram UK/cooking chocolate. US/plain chocolate. 1 blsp sugar. cream. 1. Heat up the milk in a saucepan.OBS: low temeratre. 2. Break the chocolate into pieces and let it melt. 3. Wisp the chocolate together whit the milk. 4. Wisp the cream. 5. Fill glasses and then then the wisped cream on the top. 6. Use little of the chocolate left from earlier and chip it, then putt the chipet chocolate on the cream. Good for your heart and a good start on the morning.
