While it is always a tragedy when someone dies, all I could think was "Hmmmm, about time, I'm amazed he didn't die earlier with what he does".
To be honest I would be embarrised to have him represent my country, he was a nutter. He really was.
And did anyone else think the Australian Prime Minister looked like a koala when he gave his "I'm very sorry" speech?

I read it this morning as well, I feel bad about his family, though with the shw going on for a decade, i would assume that he saved enough for everything unless he has alot of expenses and vices. Though I never watched any of your show, may you rest in peace, Steve Irwin, you'll be remembered by many people who give you lots of respect and admiration towards your program.

When i eat in a restaurant today, the TV over there broadcast the news for him, the entire restaurant goes silent completely

look like he is already a famous person

i never really watched him. i did when i was little and i enjoyed it. but its ironic to think that the "corcidile" hunter was killed by a sting ray. many will miss him. R.I.P
