What are the changes mentioned on the welcome page? first i heard bout it im confused.

Basically Bush was passing a new Child Protect Act law and we banned loli till we knew if we were going to be affected by it or not. Now that we know that the new law won't get us in legal trouble loli content was unbanned.
Well thats my understanding, someone correct me if I am wrong.

so what basically loli being not realistic is legal? i mean noone with a tenth of a brain cell would mistake cartoon nekkidness for real nekkidness heh

From what I read (and no, this was NOT the most reliable source) it said something along the lines of "Loli is OK so long as it is not based on real people or events".
Of course, if you are in Canada, you had better delete all your loli right now before the party van shows up.
