| Experienced ![]() | I think that Obama will do alot better in office, listening to McCain his plan doesn't make sense, not to mention a 5,000 tax credit is not enough to get some people health insurances. Not to mentions, the lies that they tell in the campaign is just so much, it makes my head hurt. I'm not saying that Obama is not lying but, McCain are just so bad. |

| Beginner ![]() | The president is nothing more than a figurehead, a person to point the finger to when the people above him screw up in their little schemes behind the curtain. The people who have the say in what goes on are those who run the banks, oil industry and the diamond/gold industry. (The Rockafellas, Debeers, Rothschilds and more.. *cough 9/11) So I really couldn't care less what monkey is put in the big house. Oh if anyone is interested, or can spare an hour or so from their oh-so busy life, I would recommend watching some Zeitgeist. Add a touch of salt however as it's not quite as accurate as would seem, but it's an interesting watch never the less.. oh and stay away from the fruitcakes *cough Alex Jones, David Icke, Michael Tsarion etc etc etcJust finished watching Addendum and it's possibly even better than the original. It's focused more on a solution to the current state the world is in. A very interesting watch and I highly recommend these for everyone to check out! ![]() Last edited by BZB : 10-18-2008 at 09:00 PM. Reason: speeling |

| Banned | Next US president? McCain would be the oldest U.S. president upon ascension to the presidency at age 72. There are all sorts of reasons for hoping that Barack Hussein Obama will be the next president of the United States. However, the issues seem likely to remain relevant no matter who becomes the 44th president of the United States. ======================================= Last edited by ssam : 10-22-2008 at 03:21 PM. | Over Caffeinated ![]() | Obama VS McCain, Eh? Well, we should balance the facts... Obama is a younger person, who 'should' understand the world like most contemporary Americans. He does have a desire to help the poor and share a history that makes him more likely to push his own agenda to help the poor get a fair chance to pursue a rewarding career and live healthfully. And he's a very charismatic man who can motivate our country to a more peaceful future. HOWEVER, he has a long history of associating himself with political terrorists and anti-American groups. His plans to tax the ever-living 'you know what' out of the wealthy, however, will destroy the economy, because the rich will have to find new ways to make money. To be honest I don't want to pay $500 for a loaf of bread. Also, he has been linked to voter fraud and other various unethical activities, which brins his character into question. McCain's good points are his die-hard American loyalty and strong sense of duty. He wants to give America a victory in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Also, He supports building jobs by reducing the limits on businesses, hopefully drawing American finances back to the States by convincing businesses that operating in the US is cheaper and more effective. He supports 'Drill Now' which may be the only way to stave off the coming Recession. However, McCain does not have Obama's strong economic skill nor his ability to connect with the people as easily as Obama does. His history of backing Bush also makes him less supportable. Personally, I plan to vote for McCain, because if Obama is elected, I'm afraid that some idiot white supremacist group will kill him. And lets face it, that would be the absolute worse thing that could happen, and with the state of things in the US, especially here in the south where I live, Obama getting killed and an ensuing race war is extremely likely.
