uncensoring images

i was looking for programs that uncensor pictures, and i found this in a forum along time ago. Its called flmask32 it works decently but there are still pictures that can't be uncensored by this program. Any one know of a program thats better than flmask32??

The reason flmask works is because the image was censored with a reversible algorithm.
There are destructive methods of censorship that require redrawing or replacing the censored area, so
some images may not be recoverable.
I am not aware of any program that works better than flmask.
