Wow, I just found out like 15 mins ago that TP was gone..... But at least there are some TP ppl around still. Now I just have to work on my 100+GB upload ratio again lol.

what kinda community was TP anyways?

I don't remember the name from any anime based communities, there's only a few decent sized anime driven BT communities, DAT being up there.

Torrent Phase was a small private tracker that started 3 or 4 years ago (I believe it used to go by the name sexxorrents).

It was mostly used as a resource for H-anime/games (with around maybe 70-80%
of torrent requests being for one of the two), though it also had alot of anime/music/manga/e-books/etc.

It was a great place to find rare games (either because they were too old, or, just because almost all other torrent sites banned certain companies games from their trackers which TP didn't do until its final month

).

It was also a nice place to ask for info on anime/hentai (there were always lots of people posting links to pictures and asking the names

).

Anyway, it was a nice place filled (mostly) with nice people, and I shall miss it

Yes, torrentphase was probably the best place I knew of to find hentai and h-games. Glad to see we're all so welcome here ^-^

i don't go on torrentphase for like a month and it shuts down. Sad to see it go though.

what was the reason for the site shutting down anyway just wanting to know?

Not too sure...
He just said he had tought about closing it for a long time, and that then just happened to be the right time...
So we probably know as little as you do...
