The deaths themselves were pretty lame, but I love the scene in Deathnote (one of the later episodes....forgot which one) where the nice, calm classical music is playing and you hear a man saying "Eliminate" while causing people to have heartattacks. That was so twisted!!I love it!!

Other then that, I actually like the first episode of Elfein Lied, DEATH BY PEN!!!

Anime death doesn't feel as permanent as it usually is.
Any death from the Highlander movies = good death.

After all, what beats cutting someones head off and getting struck by lightning?

The best Death scene in a move was in crouching tiger hidden dragon where the female main character fell to her death on purpose at the end. but my Favorite death will always be the death of Christ - an earthquake and an eclipse of the sun while he suffered in agony while nailed to two peices of wood with a grand procession is so hard.
