Do you have any special boss in certain game that you really liked (or hated)?

I remember some at the moment...

Nemesis from RE3
Lavos from Chrono Trigger
Giga Gaia from Terranigma
Dracula from the Castlevania series
Galamonth from Castlevania SOTN
Gilgamesh from FFV
The real form of Mother Brain from Super Metroid
Sephiroth from FF VII
Some from RE4 (Salazar and Verdugo... also IT is very sick)
and some of the megaman series

so... wich are your favourite bosses?

Kefka - The best (and probably the most gay) boss of the Final Fantasy world.
Jinpachi - (Ultra Hard and Max Damage) --Actually depends on the character I am using, if I use Jin, this is no sweat.

Like it seems most final bosses in games are way too easy. I find secret bosses much harder, and the harder the funner I say. So, my list:

Ruby- FFVII, Hardest Son of a ***** I've ever faced
Zodiac- FFXII, Second hardest Son of a *****
Yiazmat- FFXII, This guy was an annoying wimp to face but he took forever to kill.
Zeus- God of War 2, when you fight this guy on Titan mode, he could kill you in a single hit...

Demi fiend - SMT: Digital Devil Saga, gets my vote as one of THE hardest bosses in RPG history!!!

Prism Rangers - Disgaea:Hour of Darkness, the cutscene right before the battle begins is too funny!

Cow king =Diablo II. Nothing says fun boss like a cow walking on two legs, carrying an axe, and yelling moo

OH YES! The King of Bovines rox yo sox!

I remember beating the Cow King in one hit with my hacked characters. But nonetheless, a giant bipedal bovine with a huge axe commanding his legion of other bovines has to be one of the most incredible ideas (it even beats out the "cow cheat" in Neverwinter Nights).
