| Badass Overlord ![]() | well, the xbox 360 did have some few problems on its first release making the owners go crazy, don't much of the problems cause I just heard that story from my friend. the same goes to the wii. Idiot owners swing the wii controler strong then the strap go loose and they didn't knew that they let go of the controller causing some damage in their house or the destruction of their television. for the ps3, I haven't heard any news of any bugs or problems or errors, since it was just released a few months ago. if there is, please tell me, I would like to know. well I voted for the ps3 anyway, since most games I wish to have is right there in te ps3, and if you compare graphics to the other three, I'm pretty sure ps3 will win. but there are still many working titles that the ps3 owners are still waiting for. and I think that the ps3 console is the latest and the most expensive among the three. well the price will certainly caught the attention of the buyer making them think "is this worth buying?" well that's an answer you will find out after buying or asking questions to a ps3 owner. anyway the ps2 is in my wishlist for buying, but I think I can still wait, the ps2 still have some descent games to play so I think I can wait that long for any news about the consoles and making a big descision on what we will buy.

| Voted Wii, while i'd probably could 360 but I'm not going to vote PS3. Let's face it despite what people says the PS3 doesn't have that many games out yet and the only reason why I'm following Sony is because of Squaresoft. And from what I'm seeing Sony is losing it's exclusive rights so we may be seeing other Square games on other systems like when we're seeing Final Fantasy 3 on the DS. If they do decide to stick with Sony I may never play another Square game or just tough it out and wait a few years since I'm not going to pay the outrageous price for a game console. | |

If you are talking about Final Fantasy III, it was a Nintendo game from the very beginning. There are lots of reasons why Square-Enix supports Sony. One being is the success of Final Fantasy VII. And if you think that Final Fantasy VII is a PlayStation exclusive, then you are greatly mistaken. It was later ported to the PC platform. Note that Microsoft has 3 titles of Final Fantasy Series namely, Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII, and Final Fantasy XI. Nintendo has lots as well. I do not think that Square-Enix has any plans on developing Final Fantasy XIII to other platforms, at least I never heard anything about that from my most reliable sources. But I read from some articles that there will be some Square-Enix games for Xbox360 and Wii because Square-Enix's goal is to support all platforms. But question goes if the titles will be the Final Fantasy series. If you are saying that Sony is loosing its title exclusivity, then you are talking about Devil May Cry 4, primarily the company named "Capcom". True that Capcom decided to go multi-platform on its title because of fear about the next gen console wars. | |

| Special Member ![]() ![]() | The PSP still has a hope. Square-Enix is currently focusing on this hand-held gaming device this will bring in more SE fans to get the system and the price was lowered last month. But I don't think that the PSP will give more life after that since an open-source PSP emulator is progressing very fine. |

The Final Fantasy remakes for the PSP(other than FFT) were also remakes before for the PSX. On the other hand, since I am already talking about Final Fantasy, there are 3 exclusive Final Fantasy titles for the PSP. One was the Itadaki Street Special. And two currently in development, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy, and Dissidia: Final Fantasy. I own a PSP but I am not defending it(just sharing the facts). I know that it's lifespan will end soon. But still, I am giving it hope since I have to complete my Final Fantasy video game collection. It's not really being able to play is enough for me, I have to own it!!! lol...can't hold myself I am a fan of the series. I still even have those NES cartridges!
