Hmm...
Super Castlevania 4 for the SNES (that game is near impossible near the end..)
Mortal Kombat 3 (any version; it's extremely tough, even on the easy settings...)
Megaman X3 (somewhat challenging, it's the Doppler levels that are an extreme pain, I have yet to beat it.) =/
