Mostly what Koji Kondo created.. many songs from Mario Bros and everything from TLOZ Ocarina of Time, best songs in any game.. also beggining of Twlight Princess, and The Healing Song from Majora's Mask.
Other songs I like are from Fire Emlbem and the ending them from Resident Evil 3

Final fantasy 10 - hymn of the fayth.
That is great background music.
At zanarkind- by Nobou Uematsu
his is great.
God of war had and Halo had great composers as well.
KIng dom hearts series was good
